Four things we do not bend on.
Flat rate, in writing
A price per property or per visit, agreed before we start. Not an estimate that grows once the technician is standing in your kitchen.
We tell you what you do not need
If a unit has years left, we say so. If your current vendor is doing fine, we say that too. Selling you equipment you do not need is how a vendor gets replaced in year two.
The record outlasts the visit
Every report emailed and archived, so it is still there when a fire marshal asks about a service you had done three years ago.
Who we serve
Commercial property. Only.
Restaurants, food trucks, offices, retail, warehouses and multi-property portfolios across Alameda County. We do not do residential — not because it is beneath us, but because commercial fire code is a different body of work and doing both well is a different company.
